The Fast and the Furious franchise has always been about street races, high-speed chases, and world-class cars. But now all of that is changing with Fast & Furious 6. Will anyone notice the change in direction? I don't know much about cars but I still can't wait to see what they do with it. And judging from the trailers, mixed with Vin Diesel's and Dwayne Johnson's bromance and Michelle Rodriguez's and Jordana Brewster's hotness, it looks like the cast will be burning up the screen. Fast & Furious 6 is hard to call a sequel, because Fast Five was nothing like any of the other movies in the series. And now this film is moving far away from street racing altogether. It may even be too soon for me to consider this a sequel. But it will undoubtedly be awesome anyway. Tyrese Gibson has already stated on Twitter that Fast & Furious 6 is his first time seeing any of the previous Fast & Furious movies. So we'll see if he'll be able to catch up and keep up with the rest of the cast. Before we get to the cars, let's take a look at the biggest stars of the movie: Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson. Diesel plays Dominic Toretto, who is on his own personal journey of redemption after he killed an FBI agent in Fast Five. Naturally that's going to lead him into some crazy getaway driving scenarios. And by that I mean he's probably going to be driving away from explosions or be involved in something that will result in physical harm for himself or others. Diesel's character was hot in the Fast Five trailers, and it only gets hotter here. He and Johnson have great chemistry together. I don't know how I feel about their bromance, but it makes for some good action scenes. Michelle Rodriguez is playing Letty Ortiz, who is also on a personal journey of redemption after she betrayed the crew. It's her story so she does what she wants with her life and trusts no one - not even Dominic Toretto. But they eventually become an unlikely duo. They were both in the Fast Five trailers, but never had any scenes together. So this is going to be interesting to see how their characters will interact with each other throughout this film. Tyrese Gibson will play Roman Pearce a.k.a. Juice, who is Letty's ex-husband. He used to be a member of the crew but now he's on his own path because he wants to be a "real boss". This character is so different from everyone else in the franchise that you will have to keep an eye on him throughout the film because you never know where he will pop up from behind. And I don't want to say too much about the plot of this movie because it would give away too much, but Pearce's character will be played by Tyrese Gibson and not Chad Lindberg as they previously stated. 10cfa1e7782090
